Connected Solutions are our modern, automated, API-driven services. They “connect” to your existing marketing technology stack (like a CRM or e-commerce platform) to trigger communications based on data. This includes Programmatic Direct Mail and Digital Incentives.
Conventional Solutions are our expert-driven, project-based services. These campaigns, while still using high-tech data processing and printing, are managed by our team for specific outcomes, such as a large acquisition mailer, print-on-demand services, or complex lettershop projects.
Programmatic Direct Mail is the automated process of sending physical mail (like a postcard) triggered by a user’s digital action. By integrating with your marketing platform, you can send a personalized postcard to a customer who abandons a shopping cart, visits a specific webpage, or reaches a new loyalty tier—all without any manual files transfers.
Our programmatic solution works via a secure API (Application Programming Interface) that connects to your CRM, marketing automation platform (like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo), or e-commerce platform (like Shopify or Magento). Clean data is the key to a successful campaign. Our services include list cleansing, deduplication (removing duplicates), Canadian and U.S. address validation and correction (NCOA), and data segmentation to help you target the right audience and avoid wasted postage.
“Lettershop” refers to all the physical steps needed to prepare your materials for mailing after they are printed. This includes folding, inserting items into an envelope, tabbing (sealing a mailer with a wafer), polybagging, and sorting the mail to meet strict postal specifications.
Transactional Solutions refer to the secure and timely production and delivery of essential business documents. This includes printing and mailing utility bills, financial statements, insurance documents, invoices, tax forms, and other critical customer communications.

We have a strict Privacy Policy, visible on our website, that governs how we manage all data. While physical direct mail is not subject to CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation), all our digital communication practices and services (like our e-incentive platform) are fully CASL compliant.
